All classes will be held at SafeK9 Education & Dog Care Centre located in Midland on Fuller Avenue. Class sizes will be small with 4-5 dogs and handlers per class.

puppy foundations
Starting out on the right path with your new puppy is so important. Taking a holistic approach looking at lifestyle, relationship and training to help you build a strong bond with your puppy. We will focus on confidence building, socialization, reliable recall, and an introduction into basic obedience.
Puppies under 5 months welcome.

foundations classes
Training should not be about "commands" and "obedience". It should be about communication and teaching. Foundation classes will give you the tools you need to work with your dog around distractions, to teach them to relax, walk calmly on leash and come when called.
Dogs over 5 months of age welcome.

trick classes
Join me for a super fun Trick session! We will go over how to effectively teach tricks and I will also be breaking out some of my favourite fitness equipment to work though exercises focusing on confidence building and coordination. Learn how to incorporate Tricks and Fitness into your dog's daily life for longevity and enrichment.

scent detection 101
Scent Detection (also known as Nose Work) has quickly become a favourite of mine. Whether you're interested in competing in the sport or just have a dog that loves to use their nose this session is for you! SD is a fun enrichment activity you can do at home to provide some mental exercise, build confidence and bond with your dog. Join me to learn the basics of the sport.

rally obedience 101
Rally Obedience (or Rally-O) is a sport that requires you and your dog to work as a team, moving along a course consisting of several different skills. These skills are a combination of beginner obedience behaviours (sit and down) and movement (heeling).
It's a super fun sport that deepens your relationship and provides a mental workout for you both. For your dog, Rally also works on mental focus, body awareness and core strength. Join me to learn the basics of the sport.

Sunday morning drop-ins
These classes are for you! Whether you're looking for some guidance on specific behaviours, looking to add some distractions to your training or if you're working on helping your reactive dog from a distance, we've got you covered.
Closed for the season but stay tuned on Facebook for pop up days!
Sundays at 11:30am (weather permitting) at Bridgeview Park in Waubaushene (by the Firehall at Hwy 12 & 400).
Each class will be about an hour long at a cost of $20
Please make sure to bring water for your dog and they must be on leash at all times.
For new clients a waiver will need to be signed on site.
